Experian Credit Report combat?
I've been struggling with Experian on incorrect information in my credit report per month. Challenged these things online and submit their works on paper by mail to prove them wrong. I still get the same response from them saying they have verified the information to be true. My Rating Experian credit is 70 points below Trans. and Equifax! How can you fight against Experian? I can not afford an attorney and to kill my credit score. HELP!
If it's a debt you do not think you really must, you have the right to force the agency to prove that recovery is debt. validation debt is the federal right granted under the Act Fair Debt Collection Practices. In general, if the debt collector, do not respond to requests for validation, must be removed from their credit reports. When you send your request for validation, you must send by certified mail, return receipt requested. You can use the receipt as proof your letter was received by the Administrator of the debt. Wait 30 days. If the collection agency does not send a proof that the debt is yours, you may refer your dispute to Experian with copies of letters of validation and the certified mail receipts. Sometimes the collection agency careful not to answer, or volunteers to withdraw their credit reports as not worth worrying about them.
