Experian Credit Report Addresses

There is an address on my credit report that are not mine. I tried to dispute it w/experian but couldn’t HELP!?
i tried to dispute the address with experian, but they said it was obtained by public records, and i need to dispute it with the source…but i don’t know & can’t find out who the sourse is on my report! the address is in tx so i’m fearful an illegal alien is using my identity!!! (i have a spanish last name) how do i dispute this and get this person away from my name?
Don’t worry about the address. It is very common to have errors in that section of your credit report. Most of the info comes from creditor input from credit applications. None of that info impacts your credit history or score.
And it definitely isn’t from ID theft. My son has an address listed on his credit report that is a house that he considered purchasing but never even made an offer on. He thinks the real estate agent input the address when they did a credit inquiry.
