What to do when the credit bureau won’t remove negative items after 7 years?
I have a negative item on my Experian credit report that states it will be removed February 2007, as this is 7 years. It has not been removed and so I disputed it. I just got the results back of my investigation and is still there. When I tried to dispute online again, it won’t let me.
you should try calling the experian i think that should solve your problem.
