Experian Credit Reports For Businesses

Does anyone know how I can get my ex-wife’s crap off my credit reports?

In our divorce decree, the judge gave bills that my ex-wife accumulated during our legal separation to my ex-wife who has repeatedly refused to pay. As a result, they all remain on my credit reports. I have been disputing these items for more than a year and have even sent TransUnion, Equifax & Experian a copy of my divorce decree as proof that these items do not belong to me.

My current wife & I are trying to buy a home (yes, we have signed a contract) but because of the negative items on my credit report that belong exclusively to my ex-wife, my FICO score is only 506.

In addition, there are also about 90 inquiries on my credit report that I did NOT authorize, in fact, I’ve never heard of the majority of these businesses. This is probably is part of the reason why my FICO score is so low. I don’t know how to get them removed from my credit reports.

I’ve contacted almost every law firm in Lincoln, NE asking for their help, but have been refused by them all.

Yep, you’re kind of in a bad spot. The only way the information can get on your credit report is if your name is/was on the accounts. Although the judge told her she has to pay it, she obviously hasn’t. You have a couple of options

1. Sue the crap out of your ex wife for the unpaid debt.
2. Pay the debt yourself, and then sue the crap out of your ex wife for the unpaid debt.

In regard to the inquiries onyour credit report, you can’t get them removed. They are probably collectino agencies looking for your ex wife.
