what does it mean when experian won’t give me my credit report online?

When I tried to get my yearly free credit report from experian online, their message said they could not give it to me online, I would have to request it by mail.

Have ever gotten it before? or first time?
Were you able to get your other 2 reports?
So many reasons, the security questions to they your wrong social number.
I have the same problem with Trans Union BUT if I call this number I can get it mailed to me.
