you have been denied credit by a local lender. the lender informs you that th reason for the denil is because of info recevied on a credit report and give you the name add and number of the angency from which they got the report from.you ask to see the report, but they refuse. has the lendr violated ur rights under either ecoa or the fair credit reporting act??
