How does an unused American Express (Green Card) affect credit scoring?
I understand it is a charge card and highest charge will be reported as a maxed out credit limit. The card carries a $95.00 annual fee. If this fee is billed to my card, and I have not used the card for anything is this likely to appear on my credit report as a $95.00 credit line with 100% utilization?
