Consumer reporting aganecies?

I was rejected a credit card from American Express. In the letter they send to me it says that the reason they reject are the factors provided to them by consumer reporting agency. It also says that I can get a free copy of this report done by Consumer reporting agency but doesn’t say which agency is that, their website, phone number or any contact info. Does anybody know how can I obtain a copy if the report?
