Fitch Rates CSX’s $800MM Note Offering ‘BBB-’
Fitch Ratings has assigned a rating of ‘BBB-’ to CSX Corporation’s senior unsecured note offering. The $800 million in new notes mature in October 2020 and April 2041, and proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, which may include capital expenditures, share repurchases and future debt repayment.
