Is it possible to get a free credit score?
If so, please let me know. I just got done getting my free report from experian and equifax, but I want to know my score. I don’t want to pay for it, but I guess I’m gonna have to if I have to. But if I don’t have to, then I don’t want to. Are there any bureaus or places out there that let us get our scores for free once a year like how they let us do that once a year with our report?
Actually it is. Most of the credit score sites, like freecreditreport.com only charge you after 30 days. If you sign up for the service, check your score, then cancel the program, you will not incur any charges. I do it quite routinely.
Also, if you’re a Bank of America customer, they offer the same program (30 day free trial).
