Free Credit Report Request Forms

I can’t access my credit report?

I am an American citizen who moved overseas and changed my last name through marriage.
I have strong reasons to believe that a family member in America is using my maiden name to open accounts and get credit cards, etc.
I really do not want my credit destroyed as I had a perfect record beforehand.
I know that you are allowed to request a free credit report annually through annualcreditreport.com. My problem is that I can not access their site! I get this message: “The AnnualCreditReport.com website is only accessible through ISPs (Internet Service Providers) located within the United States and its territories. ”
What do I do now? Where can I get a form to fill out? What kind of indentification do I have to provide to get my report?
Thanks!

You can call any of the credit bureaus, or you can send them a letter. You can find their addresses at Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion by checking the web.
