recently i requested a copy of my credit report ,?
recently i requested a copy of my credit report after calling trans-union and giving them all of my info, ssn and address i was told that i would receive my free report in about 15 days i just got a letter from them telling me that the information they have on file does not match the information that i gave them including my address. but i got the letter the sent to the address i gave them. I’am sure that i gave them correct information. what the heck is going on.
That’s not the way to do it. Use http://www.annualcreditreport.com. There may be information in your credit file that does not match, in which case you’ll be asked to provide documentation verifying your identity and address.
