We have had a large number of defaulting tenants who came from Craigslist, so before we can set up an appointment with you we need to verify you are a credible

IS THIS SCAM?
There is no need to go through that site. You can get a free credit report from each of the three agencies once a year. Go to http://annualcreditreport.com
That is the official site and there is absolutely no catch or charge unless you want a credit score.
Stay away from all other sites. They will try to sell you something. The scam is that they probably have no apartments and will never contact you again. They are just getting you go the the web site and pay for a service that is free.
