How long after I pay off outstanding debt will my credit report be updated in.?
I had about 6 different companies that I owed money to. I have payed all of them off. I made all these payments in Feb. I have already taken my free credit for the year and would rather not pay for the credit report if it is not going to be updated. Thanks guys
Thats if you don’t pay. I want to know when it will show these debts paid off.
It depends on how often your lenders report to the creditbureauss. I also paid off a lot of debts with my income tax refund back int he beginning of February. Some of my debts are still showing, depending on the lenders. If you’re not in a hurry to check it all out, I would just wait until you can get the free annual report again. I also signed up for a free trial on myfico.com. It is free for the first thirty days, you just have to remember to cancel it
