i think i have been scammed?
i wanted to get my credit score and thought i should apply to find out i went to a website called free credit report in Canada.ca after i submitted giving my visa card no i waited to see if i had a email giving my score to my disbelief i was told that i will have to pay 29 99monthly i then knew this was a scam i called the bank and canceled my visa card can they still take my money after i have a new card and what should i do next
Go to the bank official and challenge the charge. You do this by telling them it is an illegitimate claim to your visa card. Take any documentations and especially phone numbers. The bank can stop it or issue another card which that company will then not have access. You have to sign a paper saying you are telling the truth. You don’t give out your new number of course. Send an e-mail to the Canada company telling them to cancel any/all transactions. Save a copy of the e-mail.
