Best way to check your credit score/report?
Okay I’v been doing a lot of research and a lot of “free-trialing” of credit report business. I’m in a quagmire because myrfico.com reports acccurately teh score (they’re not FAKO), but they provide no details about the accounts (phone numbers, account credit limits) which is apalling. Truecredit.com provides extensively thorough detail on all accounts (including all credit limits, all phone numbers, full address — very complete), but I’ve read on ripoffreport.com that the scores from truecredit.com are “fako” and the scores from myfico are real. There is a discrepancy between the scores, too. Basically it looks like I have to check my score on myfico.com and scrutinize any report on truecredit.com!!! Crap this is annoying and I can’t afford massive monthly charges for reporting systems.

It’s the gov’t recommended scam free site. You can get all three there. You can get your one per year free ones, then come back to that site if you want to check again before the year is up, and pay for them.
FICO is not a credit bureau. They only do scores!
If you want to check your FICO scores, go to their site here. Choose “FICO Standard” toward the right side of the page.

By the way, I use truecredit to monitor any activity on my reports. I did get their “credit reports”, but I found that they were filtered, and did not give me all the detail that annualcreditreport.com does.
