I need a car loan from my credit union but score isnt to great whats my chances?
I have 685 from experian and 694 from eqauafax and 704 from transunion (free credit report.com) AND WHEN i checked free credit score.com they show me a lower score. I dont know which one is right.

Your scores aren’t horrendous
Do you have a down payment? Working through a credit union might actually be what saves you here.
