Transunion credit report? Is it up to date?

I recieved my free credit report online threw annualcreditreport and it says I have 30 days to view it free online, My question is, Is it up to date? I am waiting for credit from capital one to post to it, but it hasnt yet. I was wondering if the report I look at is up to date so I can see when they post it on my credit report or will I have to order one in another month.

You can view it online for 30 more days, but they won’t keep updating it within that 30 days. In other words, the information won’t change.
