Where does one’s credit score start at?
I have had previously no credit history and have started with a small bank loan one week ago. The bank said that they report montly to all 3 credit bureaus. Where will my credit score start at (the question was asked frequently here, but no solid response to date)? As of when will I be able to make a credit check? As of 1 AUG or later?
I would suggest using freecreditreport.com to check your credit score your first credit check is free. i use it all the time and with it you dont have to wait for a certain date to make the check. as far as where does your credit score start it starts at the highest rating then it decreases if you miss payments file for bankruptcies or other actions deemed negative to the credit bureaus.
