My dad was scammed out alot of money from a agency that was referred to by the Social Security Administration?
my father who is deceased and mentally ill.I find out that he got a back payment of over $15,000 that he never knew anything about.Im not sure what kind of lawyer to seek.Is there a statute of limitation of how long i can come forward.Im going to begin by getting his credit report and go from there.where would you start?Im lost.feel free to contact me @ 912-596-2607 or herm05g@yahoo
