need advice on credit problem?
I’m trying to fix my credit report, but really don’t know if I’m doing the right thing. I have one revolving credit accounts open in good standing, and three that have been closed/negative.
I have several judgements on my report and about 2000 in collections.
My plan was pay the collections off and try to start over.
But don’t know if that’s a good idea or should I just file bankruptcy.
Any advice will help. Thanks.
don’t file bankrupsy that would be stupid!!!
pay the collections then try to dispute the negative accts by checking the box marked “account never existed”. with any luck if the companies have no further interest in the account maybe they won’t respond. make sure to do that with all 3 agencies
