Something you have not pay on the credit about to expire they put it as a new account thats wrong right.?
Now i had a account the was about to expire an the company, put it down as a new account meaning that, that account wound be on my credit for 7 more years, I know, i caught it an report it to the credit company but they did nothing about it how is it, that they can do that is that illegal and what is the law if it is Help Me Please Edward Ark Thank’s.
Unfortately its not against the law, and more than likely it’s either
A) been sold to a new company and written off the previous one (easily done and legal)
B) The company wants to continue to pursue it, and it is their right.
C) If you may the debt, pay it. (Might not be what u wanted to hear, but it is the truthful answer)
