I’m sure this question has been asked before but…?
What about all the flooding in Iowa. This is yet another tragedy for Americans, yet where is the publicity? Where is Spike Lee making a documentary film? Where is FEMA? Where is the free $2000 credit cards, the free Trailers to live in? Where are the complaints that this was a conspiracy by the Bush administration, how it’s a ploy to degrade and get rid of white people? Why is there no looting? No abandonment by Law Enforcement? Where is the Gooney announcing he will rebuild a “vanilla” Iowa because that is what God wants?
I’m sure I’ll get some kind of backlash and even reported but you have to honestly ask yourself these questions. The devastation is no different than New Orleans. So, why such a big difference between the two incidents? Why are the people of Iowa expected to move on and re-build without the same support?
I agree 100 percent. My Home land, and they suffer and are rarely recognized. Our help has to start at home and no one can be forgotten!!!
The Farmland and greatness of Iowa cannot be in ruin. the world will not survive, a land forgotten and not thought much of does so much for the World.
