Can I report this business to BBB?
So I ordered this item from this business, it wasn’t the exact item I ordered. I was deployed for half a year while this item was purchased so it took awhile before I was able to exchange the item for store credit purchase. I mailed the unused item along with a list of new store credit purchases and a new shipping address. A few weeks went by and I still haven’t received my items and I emailed the business and they said it was shipped out to the original address that was purchased before even though when I attached the new shipping address that stated them to ship it to the new address. So now I have yet to get a response back from a recent email that I’ve sent to them about my items and it’s been over six months since this all started. By advise that I am currently deployed, again. Please let me know what would be best for me to do since I’m pretty much out $130 plus.
