When applying for a mortgage, do banks pull a credit report too?
What if the Mortgage compnay you are going through to help you through the process already pulls your report, do they send the one they pulled and the banks use that one or do they pull it again? Which one is typically used out of the 3?
Yes they do and it will get pull several times before closing. They pull all three and they usually use the score in the middle.
