Pulling Credit Reports On Tenants

Is an 11 year old eviction still on my record?
I am about to apply to get an apartment. I had an eviction 11 years ago in OR. The apartment where the eviction occoured has been torn down, so I wouldn’t even know how to get a hold of the owner. I have tried to access tenant searches to see if I am listed, but they all charge $$$. I ordered a copy of my free annual credit report and didn’t see it on report. There was a dept listed for civil judgement (in 1996, many years later) that I wasn’t even notified of for $2,226, but doesn’t tell me any more.
Does a landlord just pull a credit report?
If an eviction is on record will it show on credit report?
Does an eviction record show on a criminal background check or other records?
Thanks SO MUCH for any help.
I’d worry first about checking into the judgment and see what that is about.
