What is the best way to get financing for a new car?
I have about 4000 to put down. This will be my first purchase of a car. My credit is poor, but I don’t owe anything on all three credit reports. Total zero balances. I want to buy a 2008 vehicle. I’m 28, and have been on my job for 2 years and make very decent money for where I live.
I would expect to put 20-30% down, so 4K is right around the amount you need. What you have going is your time one job and sounds like your debt to income and payment to income will be inline.
You might try to get financing before you go to the dealership from a place like 1800BarNone.
