Remove Credit Report Charge Offs

my delinquent accounts have been on my report for 7 years will they be removed now?
These accounts were charged off in 2003, Also in a collection agency. I have recently obtained new credit cards and am establishing a good payment history. My score is 592, I wish to raise it so I can rent an apartment. I wish to know if these delinquent acccounts, charge offs and collections will be deleted from my credit report
Collection agencies cannot re-age debts under the provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The only time they can is if you promise to pay them or set up a payment plan and default on it. Then the clock starts over at that time. A contact does not count except under those circumstances.
If you have debts that are past the SOL, contact the credit bureaus and request to have them removed.
