will a failure to pay rent be on my credit report?
i am currently looking for an apartment and it is so hard for me to get approved because of my rental history. i was wondering when i fill out a rental application should i leave off my most recent landlord or would the info already be on my credit report?
If you were evicted it is on your credit report.
Leaving off an address will also be obvious, as your previous addresses are all listed on your credit report.
I always match that to the application, as many people are like you, dishonest, but I am not sure how many landlords do.
