Request Credit Reports By Mail

I need help with credit reports!?
You know, for credit report, I went to annualcreditreport.com, for some of you who may already went or know about that site…I couldn’t request it over the internet, so I had to do it by phone. It said it will be mailed to e within 15 days. My question is….let’s say you requested your credit report today and you saw it today, and you made a secure login to login in to see your credit report for 30 days which will be online…so if within that 30 days, there’s something new added to your credit report, will you be able to know about it or will it post up online automatically? For me, if I requested my credit report and it takes 15 days to come, will I be able to see the most recent information added from this time to the 15 days?
Information usually takes at least 30 days to report anyways. If I open a car loan today and then run a credit report next week; good chance that it will not reflect in my score. It may not show up as an account for 30-60 days. Sometimes it takes even longer to show up on your report.
