I need a lawyer but What type?
I have some serious issues regarding two loans and two different colleges one college I attempted to attend and wasn’t able to I left the state sept 4 2003 and a loan was dispursed to the college oct 3 2003. I called both sallie mae and the school they say the burden of proof is on me and they are givin me the run around. The other loan was a rip off school AIU online where I decided to withdraw but since I signed in online ONE time during the first week of the new quarter I have to pay the entire tuition of that quarter. BOTH loans are negative on my credit report. and I think I need legal help. What kind of lawyer handles this and how much do you think it would cost me???
