I just checked my credit report online and found yesterday a credit card debt above has expired for about $ 6,000?
Is This former unsecured debt of 6 years. They say they still owe money, but California has a law four years of limitations on these debts. How I can get this company to stop saying that I owe this money when I do? I went to Free credit report. com to find that information. Thanks.
I hope never contact the credit bureaus … and not creditors. If you can not be sued for this debt that does not mean not disappear from your report based on your statement the status of limitations. Any "bad" in your credit report can and will stay there until 7 years before submitting its report. All you need do is wait … another year.
