How do I report my tenants to the Credit Bureaus?
I am somewhat new to being a landlord. I have two tenants that have never given me problems and have paid their rent early for over a year. I wanted to make positive reports on their credit. Can anyone tell me the exact steps to do the in Pennsylvania?
You can’t…. paying the rent on time is what is expected…. it does not get recorded on the credit reports.
Only loans and lines of credit are accounts that are reported to the credit bureaus and of course… delinquent accounts that have gone to collections.
