What is the safest way to make payment over the net.?
I want to start downloading music but the free ones are limited. I do not begrudge paying the 60p-80p per month charge but I am worried about a report I read saying the 3 top sites responsable for credit card fraud are porn, ring tones and music downloads.
Any help would be good
