top three credit reporting agencies
Can I sue Sprint for repeatedly placing another person’s debt on my credit report?

I had a fraudulant item removed from my report three years ago, and Sprint just changed collection agencies and placed it back on the report almost immediately after it was removed. Problem is, the past three years I haven’t been able to get a job using my Top Secret security clearance with Lifestyle Poly and this is very likely to be the cause (potential employers that require a clearance check your credit report as a part of the clearance). Can I sue Sprint for lost wages, since I already disputed the item with them, and the investigation found that it is not my debt.

Is there a way to get a record of which companies checked my credit report for employment purposes in the past three years?
I do have copies of the original investigation, as well as the new copy with the new collection agency.

Yes you need to get a copy of your credit report while this is still on there. It is defamation of character and you have a law suit against them. Do you have the records where you had it removed three years ago and then with the new credit report showing it on there again you have a case. After you get a copy of the credit report with it on there then dispute the item and get a copy of the credit report where they removed it that is like saying they made a mistake and you caught them if you have both reports, then you can take them to an attorney and sue them.
