Transunion Credit Report Request Form

Sep 25
2010

My name has been changed and I want to update my credit report?

Recently, my name has been changed due to naturalization.
I am willing to send my request of change to Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian.

Are there any form I need to fill out and send to update my name on the credit
report?

If there were, may I ask you for the reference?

Or in a situation where there is no form for my case, which way is better for me
to send my request? Via fax or mail?

Thank you for your time and hope you have a wonderful day.

Hi! It is best to mail. No there is no form to fill out. Just pull your credit reports from annualcreditreport.com, print them all out. Now on each one there should be a file (report, confirmation) number listed at the top. Write your new name, current address, the date, and the file number. Send them proof of your name change such as your naturalization papers or new state ID.
