A judgement was recently deleted from my transunion credit report, will it automatically be deleted from the other two reporting agencies or will I have to dispute this item two more times. Also, I believe a lien was filed on myself because of this judgement, what do I do next.

If it was deleted from that credit report as the result of a dispute letter then no, it will not automatically be deleted from the others. You will have to file a separate dispute with each. They are not connected.
