question about my credit report?

i pulled up my credit report with transunion last year and saw some things that shouldnt be on there. i filed a dispute on them. i dont knnow if they were taken off then. i was in process of getting a mortgage, and lender said items were on there (ones i previously disputed). so i pulled up my report again on sept.17 for transunion using freescore.com and indeed they were. so i disputed again. on the 25th i get a letter from transunion telling me the items i disputed were NOT on my report. but when i spoke with the lender she told me she could see them. whats going on???
sassy- i did email that letter to them but they didnt seem to care- they just stated well, we can see it… either way, we still got the loan and the 4.85% interest rate cuz they approved with all that stuff on there i guess… but still, those items are what gave us a very high apr on our cars and we would love to refinance! do you know the number to transunion? there was none on the letter i got- just an address

You show that letter from transunion to your lender. Then you call transunion and let them know that if you lose your home mortgage due to their error a law suit will be instituted..
