unauthorized credit inquiry?
I sent a certified letter to capital one asking them to delete an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report and to send me proof if I did it. They sent me a letter back saying that ” due to the fair credit reporting act, we are unable to delete any inquiries from a credit bureau file.” but they deleted 2 out of the four my pissy tail ex or someone did! the question I want to know can Capital one get away with that? evidentley they couldnt send me proof so they sent that bullshit ass letter!
the reason for them looking into my credit report because some a*hole has my ss# and has been fraudulent been seeking credit in my name
Contact the credit buearu directly send them a copy of the letter.
