Number credit report?

If a collector is collecting on behalf of the original creditor and the account is paid, which is legally update your credit file? The collection agency or original creditor? It also takes 30-90 days to get this information displayed in your report? Thanks so far. The reason I ask is because the collector, said that since my account was not the original lender was the one that would update my account and could not contact with my original creditor. He said it would take 30 days. I think I read that my original lender would be to inform, but I'm not 100% sure. OK, so the collection agent, said he did not update my credit file, the original lender was sooo, no idea. Someone who does not understand that and I have no idea why I say it was my debt original lender and update my report. I stressed over and over again that I have my own.

The original creditor, I think. And in general, a script appears beyond your credit card within 90 days from the time it was reported and documented by the credit bureau.
