Do I have to wait a year to view my credit report again?
I got my credit report in Aug, 09 and bought the credit score for $8 along w/ it. Even tho it offered me all 3 reports for free, I only printed out the Equifax reports (I know how dumb I should’ve gotten all 3). A few days ago, I wanted to see if anything has changed in my credit score, so I got my free credit report and score thru a free trial from Experian. This report has things that Equifax didn’t.
I’m planning on applying for a FHA loan, so I know I need to know my Fico score but I also want to start fixing the negative things that are on my report. Is there a way I can pay and get all 3 credit reports and get the Fico score without having to wait a year from when I received my report in Aug, 09?

If you only checked your credit report with Equifax, you can go back to AnnualCreditReport.com and get your free report from TransUnion and Experian. You are allowed one free report from each.
Do not bother to purchase scores from Experian or TransUnion. They don’t use FICO (Equifax does use FICO). They use Vantage scores which are a different formula and scale or each has their own Fakko scores which are even more worthless. Third party monitoring services, like FreeCreditReport.com, use Fakko scores.
If you have derogatory items on your credit report, don’t even waste money buying any scores. Mortgage companies will require you to settle all derogatory items before approving a mortgage. Work on cleaning up the credit report first.
You can purchase FICO scores for TransUnion and Equifax at MyFico.com. Consumers can no longer purchase FICO scores for Experian.
CreditKarma.com offers a free score estimator based on your TransUnion credit report. It’s not FICO. But it’s kinda, sorta like FICO, give or take 50 points or so. Good enough to give you an idea of where you stand.
